Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive – Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle your own caseload of residential property matters independently.
Supervise and mentor support staff.
Play an active role in business development, including networking and building client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in all aspects of residential property conveyancing including freehold and leasehold properties, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development

Private Client Legal Secretary Vacancy – Full Time
Due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well established firm with a strong local reputation, recognised for delivering exceptional client care and building long-term relationships.
The Position
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to your fee earner within the Private Client department. The role involves working across a broad range of matters, including:
Wills
Probate and estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trust matters
Main Duties
Producing legal documents and correspondence through audio and copy typing
Assisting with the preparation and submission of probate applications
Communicating with clients in a professional, sensitive and compassionate manner
Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
Opening, maintaining and closing client files
Providing general administrative assistance to support the wider team
About You
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client department (essential)
Solid understanding of Wills and Probate procedures
Strong audio typing and IT proficiency
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Professional, approachable and confident when dealing with sensitive client matters
What the Firm Offers
Salary dependant on experience.
Full-time, office-based position with flexibility to work between 30-35 hours per week.
