• Conveyancing Assistant – Plot Sales

  We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our friendly and busy Plot Sales team. Working with a number of local house builders, you’ll play an important role in supporting our team to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent client service.

  What we’re looking for:

  • Current or recent experience supporting a residential conveyancing team.
  • Previous experience in Plot Sales is preferred.
  • At least 1 year’s experience working within a Residential Property department.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
