  We are looking for a senior lawyer to take the next step in their career with Moss Solicitors. This is a growing department with great opportunities for the right applicant to expand further . Excellent long-term prospects.

   

  The Role

  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Employment advice
  • Contentious probate
  • Property disputes
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to business development
  • Manage and develop support team

   

  About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 6+ years’ PQE
  • Broad experience across a range of litigation matters
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident managing client relationships and handling matters autonomously
