Since qualifying as a barrister and being called to the bar in 2010, Faye has specialised in family law; covering division of matrimonial finances, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, separation, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. Faye also has a special interest in all matters regarding children, including special guardianship and grandparents’ rights.
Faye has a specialisation in high-asset cases, but applies the same level of deliberation to all her cases.

Faye is a member of Resolution, an organisation which aims to resolve matters by conciliation, and will always try to resolve matters in an amicable way. However, if a court application is required, Faye will pursue the matter until a settlement right for you is obtained.
