Guy joined the Firm in 2023 and was recently was promoted to a Member of the LLP.
Guy’s broad experience in private client matters enables him to provide holistic advice on a range of legal issues which often overlap and complement one another.
Guy qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has worked for several firms in the East Midlands. He lives locally and has a good understanding of local issues, businesses and local people.
He is member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly. Guy specialises in preparing wills, estate planning, estate and trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and court of protection applications. Guy also has a particular interest in elderly client care and is an Alzhiemer’s Society Dementia Friend.
In addition, Guy has experience in farming partnerships and has acted for several farming families.
In his spare time, Guy enjoys playing squash, improving his French and spending time with his family.
