Melanie has over 15 years’ experience in conveyancing as she began her career as a legal secretary before qualifying as a licensed conveyancer in 2005. In 2009, she took time out to raise her family before re-joining the law in 2013 and re-qualifying in 2016 when moving to Moss Solicitors.
She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages, with a particular interest in new-builds and sales/purchases of part.
Melanie has built up a sound professional relationship with many local estate agents and enjoys repeat business from clients. She is proud to have helped many people achieve their dreams in either starting out on the property ladder or moving on up it.
In her spare time, Melanie participates in voluntary work with the local running community.
