Sanita recently joined the Firm as a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department. She previously came from a Legal 500 Law firm.
Sanita studied a Law degree at De Montfort University and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2018.
Sanita is over 6 years PQE and can handle all aspects of residential property transactions, such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, new builds, right to buy transactions and dealing with unregistered properties and 1st registrations.
Sanita in her spare time practices yoga regularly and enjoys travelling extensively throughout The United States and many other countries.
