Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and worked in Leicester and Nottingham, before joining Moss Solicitors in 1995. He was the Senior Partner until June 2023 when he stepped down to ordinary member and now works as a Consultant for the firm.
Tim’s extensive experience as a general commercial lawyer includes business transfers, business formations, business ventures and business terms.
His experience in real estate covers most aspects of commercial and residential property, which are often complimentary to business transactions. The transference of skills promotes costs savings by avoiding “over-lawyering” in a particular transaction.
Tim also works alongside our Dispute Resolution Department, as well as accountants and tax advisers, where expertise in those fields is required.
